One of the things our customers love about doing business with us is our refund policy.
We’re very generous in that if we aren’t able to increase the speed of your site, you get your money back.
Having a generous refund policy unfortunately opens us up to people who want to take advantage of us. Therefore, we do have to make some special exceptions to our refund policy.
We can’t offer a refund if:
- you don’t want to speed up your site anymore
- you decide to dive in and try to fix your site or hire someone else to do it before giving us a chance to start
- you play around with the optimized parts after we finish
If within 30 days of ordering our service you feel you didn’t receive the service you were promised and would like a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
The Refund Process
After we receive your refund request, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your request. We’ll then send you a follow-up email to let you know if it was approved or rejected.
If we approve your refund it will be in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 30 days.
